Sobha Altus is a new, ultra-luxury residential project in Sector 106, Gurgaon, on the Dwarka Expressway. It's built by Sobha Group and spans 5.51 acres. The project features three towers, with a total of 293 units, offering a mix of studio, 3 BHK, and 4 BHK apartments. The design is described as Gurgaon's first modern parametric or "Waverly" style.
